Subject: GREETINGS ALL!!!

Well, hello again fellow atheist. I'm sorry that I haven't responded to any of the post, for i have been away for a while. In about two weeks, we are going to give this site a real makeover!!! I think you all will really like the new layout. It will be a little more on the...well, just wait and see!
Any way, to ALLSOP. You ask me how can I beleive a man over the bible? What if the man is wrong? I am very aware that a human can be wrong, after all that is who wrote the bible in the first place, and IT is riddled with contradictions. But, you see that was during a very primitive time, and most answers were based on speculation, not science proof. The bible plainly states that the earth is around 6158 years of age. If you don't believe me, add up the geneaology yourself. We, may not know how old the earth is to the year, but we sure as hell know that it isn't only 6000 yrs old. Proof has been issued through carbon dating, and math. Certain growth processes that are still in life today could not have happened in the short span of 6000 yrs. Certain geographic wonders could not have formed in that span. So, yes, I'll stick with pure logic instead of pure ignorance.
