Subject: SPORT TRAC REAR WINDOW STUCK DOWN

My Ford Sport Trac rear window facing the bed is stuck 5" down. The motor has a bunch of wires going to it and only one is hot with the key off and the same plus another with the key on, switch selections make no changes on the other wires. Then at the switch harness there is no power with the key on or off just like a fuse is blown. I checked the fuse in the fuse panel, it's good. Then I checked the fuse in the power distrbution box under the hood, it's also good. Anyone out there willing to lend a hand? Do you have any other suggestions for me? Thanks
