I wonder if the control unit for the power locks is up in the area of the main relay. Perhaps you bumped it and/or the connector is loose? I'd look up in there and verify that all the little "boxes" are plugged in properly.

I don't think it is anything to do with the remore, and the fact that it affects all doors make me think it is something with the control "box". Sorry, I'm not sure where it is on a 1990 Accord - on the 1989 it is under the front passengers seat - could you have some stuff (hestiate to call it junk!) on the floor that might have worked its way up under the passengers seat and cut or damaged the wiring? (if that is where it is). Might have to remove the seat to find out (4 bolts, each at a corner). Also, you might try to lock the doors while listening for a relay "click", and that might tell you where it is....hope this helps...glen
