I for several months had many of the starting problems, as disscussed on this board. I traced the entire wiring system down, after a new fuel pump, relay, distributor, and the problem continued. I noticed that the problem occured more frequently on real hot or cold days.Honda, numerous repair shops, and certified mechanics were all at a loss. If you are having this problem,try this do it yourself fix first save hundreds if not thousands. The higest point of the dash, over the speedometer has a fuel relay switch mounted to its underside. It is at the higest level above the brake pedal, mounted with 1 small bolt, as the dash heats up or cools down it seems to effect this switch. It shuts the flow of gas off. when the car cools down or warms up it seems to work for awhile. In most cases, simply disconnecting it works. It could be cracked and needs replacing, around $25.00 if you do the work. It is very tight and hard to reach. I have repaired 9 1990 accords in the last 3 years 7 by just letting the switch hang loose. I havn't worked on any 92's or 93's but its probally the same.This relay is mounted just under the dash, foam and is usuall gray, I have seen a few brown ones. Good Luck, Bob
