Thanks for the note - I'll check those areas.

Yeah, I miss having a manual adjustment and a return spring. Seems like we're getting lesser quality any more to cater to those that don't want to maintain their vehicles!

I'm thinking about adding a return spring so it will hold the throwout bearing off the pressure plate. From what I can tell, the pressure plate "fingers" may be rough and so instead of the T/O bearing running smoothly on the fingers, it "chatters". Sometimes I can get it to stop by wiggling the release fork, but many times I just drive around with my foot just touching the clutch. Really irritating. I'd call Honda, but all they are is a bunch of polite ladies answering phones! My local dealer isn't helpful because they just don't seem hardly any manuals any more....oh, well. Someday I'll just have to drop the tranny and work on it...
