Subject: Bit o' BFFL news (important)
Sandbox is going through bankruptcy proceedings... but I noticed some people are not updating their roster. If you don't do it for a few weeks, they declare your team "dead" and "auction" it off. I am not sure if the league owner can stop it. But I imagine we would like to keep total strangers out of the league -- so log in and update your starters.
There is an added benefit for all you fantasy football virgins: for the next few weeks, teams will have Open Dates and you will have to make roster moves -- players not playing a game will give you ZERO points. Wolfy, you lost 3 people this week against me who were on an open date!
Phae, I think I warned *you* about this, you gotta pass it on ... I'm a busy boy :)

To see if a player has an Open Date you can check a site like NFL.com and see if his team is listed as open for that particular week (your next roster change, now that games have begun, will be for "Week 4") -- also the listings in Sandbox will eventually update and your player's next opponent on the roster will read "---" showing that they are Idle.
