Subject: Let's see ... crown, check ... prepared for match, check ... speech, hmm(PPV rp#1)

**The scene fades in and we are looking through the lens of a camera in the RAW arena during the recording of the house show 'Friday Frenzy'. Before anything else can happen the lights dim and a popular name flies onto the titantron....

ROB VAN DAM

... The fans cheer as RVD's music plays over the loud speakers and light returns to normal. After a few seconds the man himself walks onto the steel stage with a big smile on his face. His is wearing his grey ring attire with RVD written on his top with a green color to it. Before he makes his way to the ring he turns and motions to someone behind the curtain under the titantron. Eventually a short but attractive woman struggles to where he is standing whilst carrying a purple robe, a crown and a long piece of paper. RVD nods his head approvingly and slowly makes his way to the ring whilst making sure the woman does not trip, as he reaches the ring Rob slides under the bottom rope and mounts one of the corner turnbuckles. Whilst he's doing this the woman pushes the three items she was carrying into the ring and then walks up the steel steps and into the ring. She waves to the fans who are still cheering and chanting loudly....

RVD RVD RVD RVD RVD RVD RVD RVD RVD RVD

... Then Rob dismounts the turnbuckle and stands in the middle of the ring, the ring announcer passes him a mic and then exits the ring and sooner rather than later Rob puts the mic to his lips and starts to speak**.

RVD: "Hey everyone, its your favourite RAW brand superstar ... namely me ... Rob Van Dam. First off I have to thank all of you for supporting me and willing me on to win my match so convincingly against Shawn Michaels."

**The fans boo loudly**.

RVD: "Now come on ... you can't just boo a guy for being a sore loser. But you can boo him for being a old, butt-kissin', knee beggin', Vince McMahon lovin', worthless piece of trash that he is."

FANS: HUGE POP

RVD: "So anyway I beat Shawn and advanced to the finals which is cool as always and there I'll face either Triple H or Edge in the semi-finals. Now that match will be unforgetable 'cause it'll involve two athletes at their peak. One will be the whole f'n show whilst the other could be 'The Game' or maybe just plain Edge ... but whoever it is, they ain't gonna win 'cause I'm Rob Van Dam and there is no one yet who I've faced that is better than me in any shape or form so why should either of those two be any different."

**He smiles and chuckles softly**.

RVD: "So I win that match and I go onto the final of the 'King of the Ring' tournament where I'll face one of three guys who are Hurricane, Hogan or Kevin Nash. One guy is my size and who likes to play the hero for the good of man kind. That's fine with me but in the ring, if we face eachother ... then I'll overcome your Hurripowers with some five star magic of my own. Then one guy is a living legend who has practically done it all and no offense man ... but you're way too old to be in this business. I'm just way too athletic for you, too fast for you and there will be way to many RVDammer's for your Hulkamaniacs to out cheer."

**The fans give a mix reaction seeing as Hogan is a huge fan favourite**.

RVD: "Hey I did say to not take any offense but one guy who'll be on the recieveing end of a lot of offense is 'Big Sexy' Kevin Nash. Nash ... you seem awful confident that you'll be the king of the ring at the end of the night so if it comes down to two RAW guys then not only do we know which is the better brand. but also who is the best wrestler currently in RAW. Yeah, the contenders for the Undisputed title are being decided but really they're no match for me or admitedly you Kevin. I'm giving 100% for this match and I hope you don't go easy on me or underestimate me if we face eachother in the final just 'cause I'm smaller than you. I'm Rob Van Dam and I don't let one foot and nearly one hundred pounds stop me from winning. I'll put you in your place or anyone else for that matter 'cause my educated ain't failed me yet and it doesn't look like they'll fail me just yet."

**He stops and looks at the young lady who has been waiting patiently on the left hand side of the ring. Rob nods his head and the woman puts on the purple robe and then the crown. Rob smiles and this is done and then the woman picks up the paper and reads from it with Rob holding the mic by her lips**.

Woman: "If you'd be so kind as to rise for your newest king of the ring who has battled long and hard in recent time to claim this prostegious title. I give you the man who has taken a big step to capturing the undisputed title ... who will now be addressed as your supreme mightiness ... KING VAN DAM."

**Royal music (Jerry 'The King' Lawler's) is played and Rob waves to the fans with a big grin on his face. After a few moments the music fades away and then Rob puts the mic back to his lips**.

RVD: "Okay so that may or may not happen but just in case it does then I'd better write a proper acceptance speech. See ya everyone."

**His music plays and he drops the mic. He takes off the robe and crown and leaves them for the woman to pick up. As he walks up the ramp he gives a few high-5's and then exits through the curtain under the titantron**.
