Interesting ideas. Can you give examples of where gov meddling has caused an increase in pornography or prostitution? I agree that prohibitions on many vices is counter productive. I'm not sure that I'd say it eads to an increase in those activities, only that it creates more problems (i.e. prohibition of alchohol empowered the Mafia, drug interdiction empowers the Drug Lords. All prohibitions have created a monster government.)
But I have to say, IMVHO, the biggest contributor to the rise in sexual vices has been the No Fault Divorce. With NFD there is no consequence for men indulging in these vices.
