Jay, I remember you mentioning that you had served your mission in Thailand. How did you like the food over there?
And if you did like it, have you ever had it here in the US and if so, did you get it from a restaurant or did someone make it for you or did you make it at home and did you use a cookbook? And what did you like or dislike about it?
Sorry for the nosiness, but I have been researching ethnic cuisines for their health benefits and Asian foods are terrific in being able to combat disease. Same with Mexican food.
