I did a quick speed read and wanted to comment: 1) probably it does (like many terms) mean something different in many areas and contexts; 2) my intent in referencing it as derisive was for thinking how it was used as a political club in this last election.
I feel similary sick of and tired from the King George and other derogatory references to President Bush.
