Are you telling me that the JOD is off limits? Why?
Just recently I had a bishop threaten me with my temple recommend because we went over his head to the Seventy;
they sided with us. However, the targeting of our son
continued and we protested again. Our new AP is the SP who DID NOTHING to help and our former bishop is now in the stake presidency.

We haven't let it die; we believe we have a strong civil discrimination suit but we are NOT dragging the ACLU into this simply because it feeds their greed. They would love to have a reason to go after the church and the BSA.

How do I know this? We have saved every scrap of paper for the past year and a half dealing with this and our attorney says we have a good case. No, we don't want money. We want justice.
