I think that's what it probably is. It looks dark and bumpy, but not with little black spots. From what I think about my Crested, they are just under the skin and it needs moisturized and treated to get them to come to the surface. The yogurt honey bath will really add moisture to her skin and might help both problems. I really think that it has more to do with blackheads under the skin than anything. Give it a try. :)
