To answer your question, NO, CCs in shelters are an entirely different situation. There are no breeder contracts or other legalities that must be addressed because the shelter has legal ownership of the dog and releases the dog to us.

It is my understanding that what you were wanting from the various groups who were trying to assist you did not follow the normal protocols/policies/procedures that most rescue groups follow. I'm sorry you feel that you feel you were not helped, but from what I understand there were ample opportunities made available for these dogs, however, none fell within the requirements you were placing on the release of the dogs.

This will be the final thread on this subject. Again, I'm sorry you feel the way you do, but I will not allow you to continue with your crusade on this forum to sully the name of Crest-Care or the other rescue person(s) who tried to assist you.
