Well, it turned out that a small "cut" on her face had a bumblebee stinger in it. I've heard of reactions causing difficulty breathing and swollen faces, but never a digestive system reaction with all of the vomiting. Freckles is fine, and following a 7-day program to be sure her digestive system gets back to normal. So, are the hairless prone to immune system reactions like this? If it happens again, will her reaction be milder or stronger? I plan to keep flowers out of my yard as much as possible, but the trees attract bees, so I guess I need to be prepared in case this ever happens again. My dogs aren't outside unsupervised - ever - but this happened anyhow.
