It started getting bigger and bigger and spread out to what looked like ringworm, so we took her to the vet. She put her on Baytril (21 days worth) and Malaseb pledgets, but it doesn't look better yet (been a week). The area is very dry and lighter in color, but it's getting bigger and looks like it's spreading down her leg. Any suggestions? The vet acted like she didn't have a clue what it was.
