Throwing up that many times in that amount of time is not good and you need to get him to the vet ASAP. We are not vets and cannot make diagnoses. Most likely it's just a colitis/ gastroenteritis, but regardless he needs to be seen immediately. These dogs can dehydrate rapidly and then he's really in danger.
