Hi! I would have your dog checked for a torn cruciate (it's done without an x-ray). It is mostly seen in bigger dogs, but can happen to any. I would also have her checked for lymes disease. I would also double check the dosage of rimadyl.
The lethargy and decreased appetite is the problem at the moment. You might want to get a second opinion.
