Hi Valerie, I can't help you with what this is but I can tell you that I have a male hairless about the same age and he occasionally exhibits these same symptoms but not as frequently as what you describe. It's like he is frozen in one spot and usually one leg is cramped up, he looks aware that something is happening and he looks worried. He is very sensitive and I thought it might be happening when something upset him. I pick him up and hold him snugly against me and rub him all over and it usally passes fairly quickly. He is otherwise fine and healthy. But it is a bit of a mystery.
