Subject: Vibrant can't find HD

Thought the problem might have been the HD (2.? gig) so I changed it to 6 gig. Same problem. But I find if I let the computer sit stalled for enought time to warm the case. Bingo it will find the HD and boot and run perfect. What can this be?
