have reviewed procedure to find and replace cmos battery in my vivante xl. however, prior to cutting open case--is it
really necessary or can small hole already present be utilized? Has anyone come up with a cmos batttery replacement procedure that is somewhat simpler?
can the cover to the speakers be removed by just removing the screw found at the bottom of the round hole under the
vivante label? What is the neccesity of creating a square hole, and incidentally to what dimension?
