What grounds would the lawsuit be for? Was it their fault Transmonde wasn't able to compete with the Dells and Compaqs of the world?

I don't like the way ASE handle service, but at least they offered it. I've heard horror stories of other companies going out of business and their customers are totally left out in the cold.
