As for your DVD only reading CDs, the DVD player in the Vibrant LS does not read double density DVDs. These can be identified by the under side of the DVD appearing gold or yellow. If your DVD is not double density, then you may just need to reload your DVD player and/or video drivers (since the video card does the soft MPEG-II decoding).
