Subject: EDO vs. SDRAM & BUS speed

Is there a way to tell if one has EDO or SDRAM installed and what the BUS/RAM speed is? I have a Vivante SE PII-266 (purchased in spring 98') and I think Transmonde put EDO Ram in my laptop because the P-II laptops were having 'problems' with SDRAM at the time. I want to upgrade the RAM but I'm not sure which to buy: EDO or the 66Mhz SDRAM? Crucial Technologies informed me that PC100 will not at all in 66Mhz systems.

Thanks,

Richard
