I have a transmonde XL that is having similar problems. Most of my problems are focused on the AC Jack.
If its jiggled it will shut off
batteries won't charge completely
One brand new battery does exactly what yours does.
AC noice affects my modem connection.
Fan runs alomost constantly.
Video jack does not work.

I had it sent to ASE once already for these problems.

The kicker is my warranty is still valid. I sent in a fax for a RMA number to ASE but have not gotten a response yet thats why I cam here in search of a phone number to call.

If anyone knows
