Just curious...How did Trent know so much about Andrew's computer problems? How did he know that Andrew had no problems for 6 months, or that he got a NEW replacement computer, or that his knowledge of laptops is less than desirable? Did he work at Transmonde? I am not taking sides but I would like to have some reference point or perspective for the previous postings.
