Yes he did work at Transmonde. Butas far as "Having no problems for 6 months", that is entirely untrue. After getting my first replacement machine and then a replacement hard drive, all seemed to be well with the suspend/resume function. Since Idid not own the USB Zip drive yet, I had no idea that the USB was bad. Problems "started" again when I started using the USB port. The problem was always there, it just wasn't known.

There also was instability, bt since when I would call they would only tell me to send my computer in (and have no laptop for 3 or so days)I didn't bother.
