Janeway notified the crew of a possible intruder. Hand phasers were issued again and the crew was checked. Everyone was accounted for. Even Tom. Security teams scoured every deck, section by section.
On the bridge, Kim was getting even more energy readings, more transports. It was another invasion! The crew barricaded themselves into strategic positions this time, they had to quickly equip themselves with plasma torches and had to use the butt ends of the compression rifles. It was a new verion of torches and pitchforks..

Wonderful, Chakotay thought, we're using torches and pitchforks against the bug-creatures. He shifted into a more comfortable position to await the inevitable attack. Pounding was heard again on the door.
Janeway tensed, and held her breath. She readied herself to attack the bug-like beings and waited. There was silence. Complete and utter silence.Everyone was confused.
What's happening out there? she thought, and exhaled. She began breathing regularly, and her commbadge beeped. A voice began to speak...

Seven looked down, carefull not to touch the restraints, and noticed that like the other crew members she was without her uniform and she noticed that in another room (there was a window) that another of the aliens was probing Mizaté (the borg girl) and taking samples of her dna.
B'Ellana awoke and was given a stern warning by seven NOT to move, as the two lay there they comunicated, formulating a plan...

They would have to escape somehow but how could they if every time they touched their reastraints, they were sedated. If the aliens came and took them away, thye could escape and free the others. But how...

Kathryn was next to wake after a couple of minutes shaking the sedative off she noticed everyone and couldn't help laughing at the sight of tuvok who had also been striped of his clothes. He was not amused, if they were to escape they would have to put there emotions aside and concentrate on the task at hand-getting out of here.
Several other members of the crew had awoke and were observing their captures. They had only been interupted once when Tom woke and had an itch on his nose. He moved to scratch it and set of the restraints. At that point one of the Vofsothions had come to check on them and everyone else had sucessfully pretended to be sedated. It had been noticed that the restaints on Tom had been removed when the Vofsothion medical personal had been sure he was sedated persumably to take a sample of blood to work out how much sedative was in his blood stream or to do some sort of other test, no one could see clearly.
The light creaping in from outside had been slowly moving across the floor and as it started to fad to a redy orange glow blankets had been bought to put over everyone in the room obviously it would be getting colder. Unfortunatly the restrains had not been removed in the process. By this time everyone in the room except Tom was awake and alert. The plan was that someone would move and set off the restraints but not get sedated. Hopefully the restraints would be released allowing one person to escape. As the medical staff only came to check by themselves they could be knocked out by someone with a powerful punch to the face. The problems how not to get sedated and how to free the others?
The crew were getting restless but had hope with this plan. With limited vision without moving no-one could see how they were sedated by the restraints and the only one with wide enough periferal vision was Seven who's sight had been significantly reduced by tampering. It was the young Borg child who had caught sight of the hypospray pressed against the inside of her right wrist attached to the restraint. Everyone had it pressing against their skin except one- Naomi Wildman her wrist were so thin and delicate she could move enough to release the pressure without setting of the restrains, but how would she knock out a grown Vofsothion?

As Naomi wriggled out of her restraints she slid onto the floor and crept into the room next door, the room with Mizaté in.
"Mizaté, whats happening why are all the crew strapped up" Naomi asked quietly as tears formed in her eyes, Mizaté told her that she didn't know but knew a way to free them.
Naomi listened carefully and wallked over to the compueter panel next to Mizaté, using a borg encyption code (thats what you learn hannging around with seven) she was able to unlock Mizaté's restraintes, Mizaté quickly looked down and realized that her clothing was gone and hanning up in the corner.
The two slipped into the room with the rest of the crew in, with a plan, ready for action...

MIzaté crept up to the table with B'Ellana lying on it and wispered to B'Ellana to stay still. As Naomi found B'Ellana's uniform Mizaté injected some borg nanoprobes into the holding system, and the restraints opened.
As Mizaté and Naomi went around freeing the others B'Ellana put her uniform back on and ran over to the central comuter terminal in the room and locked the doors.
"Oh My God, Captain i'm picking up thousands of rooms like this, I'm interfacing with Voyager's computer now, Where Are We?"
'The crew are on the third planet of a red giant system, 10,000 light years from last know co-ordinates.'
As Janeway looked at the computer screen she realised, this wasn't going to be a simple break out...

They would need to escape to where their ship was being held, but the ship was surrounded by 200 guards and phase cannons were in use. If they could get to the Doctor, they could make a virus to infect the guards and while that was happening, deactivate the shield grid and sensors. If they could get the command codes, it would be a lot easier.
As they were reading thew console, one of the Vofsothians came in. He held up a phaser and shot B'Ellana. Janeway used that second to grab the Vofsothian and whack him across the head with a nearby piece of plasma conduit.
Janeyway knelt over B'Ellana chacking her pulse. Luckily, the phaser was only on stun.

Janeway fingers flew over the consol and being a quick study she tapped into the comm arrays for the other prison cells, there weren't any aliens in any of them they were trying to get past the level 12 forcefield around the door.
" This is Captain Janeway of The Federation Starship Voyager, we have also been held captive by the Vofsothians and we are willing to help you escape, i'm releasing the restraints around you, you should all be free. My people and i have a plan, but for it to work you must quickly beam to your ships but keep your power done, either myself or my first officer will contact you when it is safe to leave. Janeway out."
She turned to her staff and thought to herself 'now all i have to do is think of a plan'.
B'Ellana was on her feet and had discovered a hologram system throughout the base they were on, after a few failed attempts she had managed to make it look like, to sensors, that the other captives were still in there restraints and while working on it had discovered an armoury where there were plasma charges.
Tom had issued everyone with a phaser set to the highest settings and had instructed everyone on the plan given to him by Janeway, "You will all split up into teams, 2 teams will go down each of these 5 corridors and get to the shuttle docks and get back to Voyager, The Captain, Tuvok, B'Ellana, Seven and Myself will find and if necessary FIGHT our way to the armoury and collect the charges and proceed to these points, Main Bridge, Engineering, Sickbay, Computer Core and the Shuttlebays, we will plant the charges and beam to Voyager".
Seven was studying the aliens deployment and comm systems finding the most efficient way to the armoury and the other systems afterwards, and was studying the charge schematics and how to modify them to their biggest explosive capabilities.
Nelix was trying, and failing, to assure everyone that it was all going to be alright but a pesemistic Mizaté was keen to point out that their chance of sucess with NO casualties was inly 3.001%.
The time came, the crew was ready and knew exactly what to do, Chakotay opened a jeffries tube and the crew cralled in with the five demolitioniss first folowed by the ten teams.
The five demolitionists crawled through the access points and managed to get to the armoury without being detected, Seven modified the charges and the team mates said goodbye, little did they know that this would be the last time they'd be all together again. With a commuicat from Voyager to say that everone was on board their final mission together had begun.
Seven and Tuvok had the easiest jobs, their targets were on the same level as the armoury and they had no trouble in getting to them and setting that charges, they met in a large chamber, almost like a transporter room, "Tuvok to Voyager two to beam up" as they started to dematerialise the corridors and rooms around them exploded in a blaze of colours and burning plasma as two targets were destroyed.
B'Ellana and Tom now had the more difficult job of destroying two targets 3 decks below with a bunch of aliens allong the way who now knew they were in troble. As the couple emerged on their desired deck B'Ellana was shot, as the purple beam sliced into her body and disprused her molecules Tom screamed out, her set a charge and ran franticlly down the corridor, as he set it off he was blown forwards into the corridor connecting their targets "Tom what's going on, that wasn't a target"
"i Know, B'Ellana's dead, i can take the two targets out with what i have left, see you on the ship". He dumped all his charges on the deckplating and signalled Voyager "Energize", but before the transport had started he called "see you soon B'Ellana" and activated the bombs, blowing the targets and himself up.
Janeway stood in the room with the main computer core, she had set the charges and she was about to signal Voyager when she heard a sound behind her, as she wheeled round she was confronted be 37 Vofsothians, including their leader.
"HOW DARE YOU, YOU WERE IN NO DANGER HERE, BUT NOW YOUR SHIPS AND YOURSELF WILL BE ELLIMINATED, WE ARE SCIENTISTS WE MENT YOU NO HARM, MY PEOPLE HAVE AN ILLNESS WE NEED YOUR DNA TO MAKE A VACCINE, NOW COUNTLESS MILLIONS WILL DIE" The leader shot at Janeway and she dived behind a consol
"Voyager get out of here Warp 9.975, i've got to stay"
Chokotay's voice came back urging the captain to return to the ship but all she did was break the comlink, She stood up and faced the leader.
"we would have given you our dna, you didn't have to kidnapp us, but your experiments must stop", she pressed a button just as she was shot, as she slumped to the floor the computer core exploded, taking the station with it.
As Voyager sped away, with the image of the exploding station on the veiw screen, the crew mourned the loss of 3 good officers and 3 ver good friends, Chokotay sat in the captains chair.
"Commander Tuvok, raise shields, Ensign Tobas Set course for the Alpha Quadrant, The Captain would have wanted it this way."

Well for a warm up story that proved we have some Shakespears within the guild (nice ending dark_conests). The next story in 1st person ie. role play will begin as soon as we have enough players. If anyone has any ideas for a title and scene setter post it to me if not i will set the scene.
