(scene opens with Michael Cole backstage)
[Cole] Well, for 6 lucky superstars the prospect of XPW is very close now. 2 superstars are just ONE WIN AWAY from an XPW contract. Two three way matches will determine the winners. All the participants won matches on Sunday to qualify, apart from The Sandman who qualified after Austin and Flair's no contest.

(While Michael was finishing his comments Edge was walking past. After hearing The Sandman's name, Edge walked over to Cole, who has only just noticed him.)

[Cole] Ah, Edge. You won your match on Sunday and are therefore through to the big finale.

[Edge] Yeah but The Sandman LOST to me on Sunday, but he still qualifies through. Look, I don't want to sound bitter but it feels as if I put my body on the line last night for nothing. I won so I would have a chance at the contract. Yet now I realise that if had have lost, I still would have won through!
Sandman, I beat you Sunday, I'll beat you again in the final. I know how to beat you now. That will not be a problem.

Kurt, you have proven yourself in past matches. Proven yourself to be a cheater. Billy Gunn may not have seen that low blow, but I promise I will be more wary of your tactics in the final. My Edge-cution has put down Taker and Sandman. In the finals match, you will be the next victim of the Rage Kurt. No-one will stand in the way of my contract. Not an olympic gold medalist, no-one. One win until my dream comes true, and I will not let anyone take this away from me! XPW, the Rage is coming!
