A tradgity to be sure, but how is that different than killing someone in a car accident driving drunk? I mean there would have to be laws to protect people against such things. And a person driving under the influence of alcohol is commiting a crime, even though alcohol is legal right? Well if the drugs were legal and people kill someone under the influence of the DRUGS then that would be the same as a DUI.

Then he would be convicted for that murder. Murder is murder no matter why you do it. And besides, even if that crack was illegal, would he still have killed her for the money anyway? Probably...

I disagree. Crime was out of control when alcohol was illegal, however when it was legalized the crime that came about due to the black market was eliminated. That's because people could no longer make a killing on alcohol, the organized crime gangs had to go to either other illegal activities or take their earning and go legit.

Pot, most definatly should be legalized, I am sure there are other drugs out there that are just way too f'ed up. But at the same time. If people want to fuck themselves up with it who cares? Let them kill themselves. I mean people mess up their lives all the time with alcohol. The kill people in car accidents, the fuck up their family lives adn drink themselves to death. How is it different than those drugs? I don't know. But please give me your imput I respect your opinion.
