Or to Keddi and Eric's, because we don't really have a house yet. We thought we were going to get one, but they pulled it off the market.

I found that out after my interval class last night. John and Nicky were already looking at another house that had been on the market 6 days. I came right over and it was filled with furniture and Bibles. I asked if anyone lived there and John said, "Not anymore." We went into a bedroom and I saw clothes laid out an a chair. It must have been very sudden. But why hadn't the family begun gathering the woman's belongings?

It's a lovely house and a real steal for $66,000. But it was eerie and sad to look at her bibles, and piano, and TV, and lipstick, and "God's Plan for Women" with a marker in it on top of other study books and a little notebook and pen beside her chair, and her ashtrays wiped clean with no smell of smoke anywhere, and her mop and broom in the laundry room, and her pictures of a single daughter, then daughter and son-in-law, and her Christmas cards in a little stack in her dining room.

At least it looks like that home of a happy person. I am glad of that. We told Mr. Jordan to offer the full price immediately.

So, if you give us a month, we will have a guest bedroom for Queer or anyone else in fabulous Lubbock, TX. But you have to be able to endure "Queer, look!" repeated 1,603 times during Final Fantasy X for the first couple of days or until your novelty wears off with Nicky.
