If nothing else, she could have put a bag over his head when they did it. But they would probably have to cut holes in the sides in order to make room for the ears, which would defeat the purpose. Besides, it's not just his ears, the guy is butt ugly. If Antonio Banderas had ears that big, he'd still be good looking.
