For me, "One Big Boat" was totally a "beside the point" story. I don't mean because Harm wasn't in it much. I mean because it was about Mikey. I don't have the same kind of dislike for him as I know some people do, but I still couldn't work up much interest in yet another episode in "The Adventures of Mikey Roberts."

Sure, I could have used a few more Harm scenes - like watching him fly a Hornet - or at least a scene or two in his flight suit. But for what we did get, I was really more interested in the dynamic between Mac and Sturgis than Mikey and Dupree. They are not even a "C" story to me.

Harm and Mattie was interesting as far as it went, but I thought Mac's little sermon to her about Harm learning to love unconditionally came out of left field. The sentiment was all right, but the execution seemed to lack connection.

Anybody else think so? Any thoughts?
