Thanks to Lauri for sending me the tape and to hubby for sleeping in. I got to see Tuesday's episode. And it was very interesting to watch after all the discussion. Soooo here's my quick take:

Harm's behavior: I do not think he was being unreasonable to question AJ about his choice. That is common if someone is passed over for a project or promotion. He did not belabor the point with AJ at all. In the courtroom, I do think he was frustrated. Now, all lawyers get frustrated with judges and unless there is a history with the judge, they don't take it personally. Well he has a history with this judge, maybe not as much as some would like, but he does. So when she disagrees with him, he takes it personally. No, his behavior wasn't the most professional, but he did settle down. He was still pissed off at the party. Who hasn't said stupid things in anger or frustration?

Mac's behavior: In the coffee room she asked him if he was ok with her being judge. He said he was. She supposedly knows him. Maybe she could have said, 'hey this is uncomfortable for both of us. Let's try to make the best of it. You'll get to be judge another time.' She did nothing to try to make him feel better. I once was made project leader over a co-worker. I did everything I could to make her feel better about it. Why didn't Mac?

So in my opinion, they both acted inappropriately at times. Guess what? They're human!

Having said all that, AJ made the right decision. Mac knows the law, but Harm is a better lawyer. It's a high profile case and the general needed the best lawyer possible Harm!!!! Harm will go the extra mile for his client and he did.

And I'm surprised the shippers didn't mention the conversation between AJ & Meredith about Harm & Mac and their passion!!!

Anyway, I don't know what the big fuss about Harm was about. The guy is human. Yes he's better looking, smarter, braver then anyone else, but he's still human!
