This episode, like I said below, may have attracted a lot of new viewers because of Bill O'Reilly. If you were watching JAG for the first time, would you tune in again? Hmmm!!! Yea, the lead guy is a hunk! Does he ever smile? Why doesn't he take off some clothes? LOL Ok, nuff of that.

It was an ok episode, but not one of the better ones.

Things I liked:
1 - Harm and Mac arguing at the beginning
2 - Harm's interaction with Coates
3 - Harm jogging (I know it's snowing, but still he could have worn long spandex pants and top)
4 - It was interesting how Harm was able to use the information he found out as judge and have it included in the proceedings.
5 - Guess Bud does still have that hero-worship thing going still
6 - Bud being Bud
7 - Loved Harm's look when he first came into the courtroom from the side and everyone stood.
8 - SecNave trying to interfere and both Harm and Mac standing up to him
9 - Harm will never be judge again

Things I didn't like
1 - The whole judge thing doesn't work for me. Add to that Harm and the defendent both being fighter pilots, come on, that wouldn't happen in RL - would it?
2 - I haven't sorted out Harm and Mac's behavior in court towards each other, but given the media was there, OMG, how it would be played out it the press.
3 - With Harm sitting on the bench, no six shots!
4 - Mac trying to have Harm recused from the bench? Wasn't there a better way to work through her feelings? That's worse then Harm's behavior at the party, sorry!
5 - No Harm smiles!

Gosh, I'm stopping here and I have more positives then negatives, but the negatives bothered me, especially the lack of six shots and smiles!
