(Aye. I was thinking of using common perceptions. Rodents are the best with Dexterity, wolves.. the large herbavores being good with strength and endurance-- great for black smithing, etc etc..)

(I'm considering dragoconic and reptilian bipeds to have their own special place in the history-- and thus playable characters. Actual dragons will be left to NPCs, monsters, and possibly 'wizard characters' They'd be too big as common sprites)

(It would... but I'm thinking just go for different genres at a later time.. as for tech level, pre-explosives.. just classic-type meideval weaponry from fantasy... anything more would be too complicated for just starting. Laser rifles will be in a later version, heh.)

(The big problem with that is what I saw on Furc.. everything goes sci-fi -very- quickly...though its something that can prove an interesting plot point if you remind me once in awhile.)

(Yeah, that's always the major issue.. if we ever get
more people in on this we can have a vote..)

(Actually, that's the beauty of wireframes. All you need to edit the colors and such is a paint program or other bitmap editor. Its really that simple. Adding parts and layers is a bit more work, but not much. Well, it won't be as soon as I figure out how to do it, or find someone who already does. the plan is to make a character perfectly identifiable by appearance alone.)
