I have aged too. I actually turn 40 today! Looking at the mirror, a few grey hair on the sides and fewer hair on top of my head. My gosh! Although I go running or do some kind of sports almost everyday, my speed slows down every year and my recovery between each session takes much longer...and more prone to niggling injuries.

Oh! Ashley I did promise it would take less than 10 years. Correct? I look just the same as the hiking photo or the family photo.

I still remember that scene of taking the picture in Ding's residence, after driving up & down of serveral slopes with our rented car. But I forgot who hold the camera for us, whose camera it was and if I had a copy of that picture. It was 16 years ago, but it liked happening yesterday. May be Lam saw me last time during the night time and you didn't notice I also had lots of white hair. I am not young anymore, but I still have lots of good memory from when I was young.
