These are the Central Mass tiebreakers:

1) Head to Head
2) League Ratings (Former CMass rating system)
3) Division Ratings (Former CMass rating system)
4) Overall ratings for all divisions (Former CMass rating system)
5) Coin Flip

What are the former CMASS ratings? How are they figured?
