Think about this: Do you want your baby girl to grow up in a house where she thinks a it's normal for a man (her beloved daddy) to get out of control with his temper? She'll end up with just that sort of guy. How would you like some punk to treat your daughter that way? Gain control. It doesn't make you less of a man, it makes you more of one. The long term benefits you will reap will far outweigh the instant gratification you get from screaming at your girlfriend. Relationships are never easy. It's give and take.
