My thinking right now is, since I haven't even heard from them and they started this without reply, I'm thinking with no proof of the puppy being deceased and to its cause. No I won't do anything. Especially a refund. How do I know they didn't just sell the pup or an accident happened and they killed it or something like that. (NOT saying they did) In that case, it wouldn't be my fault. But your right. I'm definately thinking in my head that this is not a person I will deal with again. Especially without real solid evidence and proof.
