Wow...so I am delusional because I haven't mentioned the breeder by name? There is nothing delusional about it. It is my side of the story, but I have welcomed the breeder to provide their side of the story or contact me personally, which they have chosen not to do. I have not attacked or slandered anyone. We have a serious problem that is affecting my family (and this pup), and reached out to the board for some help. Several people have been kind enough to provide some suggestions (publicly and privately)and they are greatly appreciated. I have never stated that I wouldn't ultimately name the breeder, but have chosen not to do so at this time. Part of that is because at this point my only recourse with the breeder appears to be legal action. If that is tucking tail and hiding in your opinion, so be it. The reality is that it's the only recourse I have available since I live 1,000 miles away from the breeder and they won't respond to my requests for help.

I guess I could have just outlined the problems we were having with the dog and left the back story out of it, but I was really frustrated and I vented a bit. If that was the wrong way to handle it I apologize. But the reality is we still have a pup with some serious issues, and if you have some constructive suggestions on how to help me with that I would welcome them.

Joe
