Ha-ha. Sorry about that. I should not have put it together, otherwise it is trying to post a non-existent photo.

Start with a left carrot: <

Then add the text: img src=

Then add the photo name with quotes surrounding the photo name.

Then after the photo name (surrounded in quotes) finish with a right carrot: >

Here is another explanation. Use this syntax:

img src="name of photo"

Then surround the whole thing with a left carrot < in the beginning and a right carrot > at the end.
