Since you mentioned it, Ron, I thought I would pass along 2 links from Rip Off Reports where Angela Canning did promise papers to puppy buyers, and then never delivered them. She has been reported on Rip Off Reports as misrepresenting puppies.

This link is even more interesting -- it shows where she gave a buyer a phony PennHip report. When the buyer sent a copy of the report to PennHip for verification, PennHip verified that it was a fraudulent document and not issued by them. If you look at the link, you will see copies of the fraudulent PennHip Report along with a letter from PennHip confirming that the report was not issued by them.

There seems to be hundreds of puppy owners who are very unhappy because they did not get their papers as promised, and most of the puppies have either severe HD or epilepsy, or both.
