USBA REGISTRATION

I am wanting to register a litter of pups USBA, as well as I purchased a new male, and the seller sent in his USBA papers and has not yet received them back, and she checked and her personal check has not cleared yet either. It's been several weeks that she has been waiting to get the USBA papers.

I tried to call the number for JB/USBA and it's been disconnected. There is no info on another number to call on line.

Is the USBA registry even still up and running?

How am I to register my litter of pups, and can I depend on the fact that my new male will even get his USBA papers?
