Mr blackwell this is the statement that I did lose my cool on why would I say such a thing that is false.

Thats when I knew I was screwed. Bottom line yes you did replace the first pup thanks for that but this pup deal was just odd you drove him down instead of putting him on the plane I called your wife she said that this pup was never seen by a vet you say he was. You say I called at times and days I did not. I only have one phone a cell phone and like I told you I can send you the phone log. You do remember dropping him off at a animal hospital. all in all you have my money and i have a dog that has a genetic defect, as most will agree this is going no where and I always have believed what comes around goes around. I did loose my cool and throw out a threat of retaining a laywer probably not a bad idea really but what will that do it would only be a judgement and I will never get compensation. Mr. Blackwell you have sold your integrity for $1500 buy something nice.
