If you haven't thought of this already, notify all feed stores as well as vet clinics and mobile veterinarians of the theft. Fax or email photos of the pups to them if possible. I'd also notify all counties within a good days drive as well. Whoever stole them knows your schedule, so most likely live not too far away, but that doesn't mean that they didn't hand the pups off to a friend/relative in the next county. If you have Craigslist you might check it out too.
I'm so sorry for your loss. Take precautions in case they come back again.
