The bird was definitly scary. I think it's a sign from God or something lol Oh well, it's a good story to tell during our year together...Chirpy Perky! lol (Good one Brit)

Practice did go pretty good. I watched the tape of the routines and they look pretty good, they just need some definate fixing up here and there to make them perfect. But I can see us winning, we look good and we've worked so hard. Let's just hope our dedication pays off.

The basket toss is looking good. Thanks for throwing that many today girls. It's nuts sometimes!!! A SPECIAL, EXTRA HUGE THANKS FOR CATCHING ME WHEN I WENT FREE-FLYING TO THE FRONT. That could have really been horrible so a huge thanks to all the girls that caught me!

Don't forget about practice tomorrow: 2:30-5:00pm. This week is going to be really hardcore for us, so we need to rest up and treat ourselves as athletes because that's what we are. We can't be getting hurt this late in the game so let's have a safe stunting week and good nutrition and all that. It's really important girls, I don't say it for no reason, I know it probably sounds pathetic to you now, but it will really matter in the end when we hit the mat on Saturday and Sunday and just blow everyone away. I can't wait to see their reactions.

I'll talk more about it on Friday, at the prayer service, but I am so thrilled with the dedication this team has now been built on. It's our foundation for everything and I thank you all for that so much. Together Til The End, Cuz Together We Win!
