I have a new torched roof ( 3 months old) on a work in progress room addition that I just noticed is leaking since I had insulation installed. I already fired the contractor due to his shoddy work and need to know what I can do to repair that roof.

Is $400.00 dollars too much money to charge somebody to buy supplies of a vinel coating and putting the roof on too much money.
