I don't write three page explainations on how to do something. These are things learned through experience in the trades. You don't need to frame it hit and miss but there are thing that should have been taught to you before you became a journeyman. Experience should be your guide, absent that you are lost in the woods. You are dealing with mathmatical computations to find you lengths and angles.

I suggest you find help from someone that trained you before you went out on your own because this will require face time between you and the one that shows you how to do it.
