If I was you I would hire a licensed contractor for this but if you want to go at this on your own go to a local truss manufacturer and have them make the trusses for you. You will have to tear down the drywall on the ceiling and remove all existing trusses off the walls then when the new ones arrive you can have them set them up on the walls and just roll them out. I know that for me I could start on a Monday on the demolition and have the new roof installed by Friday. The only thing left to do after that would be put all the light fixtures back in place as well as the bathroom vents and stove vent and then to sheet rock and texture the ceiling. This is a pretty easy job but its a big job.
