There are numerous products on the market for cleaning roofs. One of the best products I've used, used primarily in FL and other parts of the South, is Shingle Shield. I know you can order it by mail by calling the factory. I've used it on numerous comp shingle roofs and concrete tile. Not sure about the effect on clay tile, but I'm assuming it will work.
